Whitney Lake Marsh Wildlife Refuge is 70 acres of protected wetlands and upland buffer areas. The City of Ingleside provides a public recreation and education access area. The Whitney Lake Marsh Wildlife Refuge offers a walking trail, several bird watching areas and extended docks over marsh areas for viewing native wildlife.
