

Training to conduct the Suite of Texas Project WILD workshops. Prerequisite of WILD educator workshop required.
Must have previously attended a Project WILD or Aquatic WILD regular educator workshop and be willing to lead one workshop per year.
Share WILD with your peers and colleagues! Join the corps of volunteer Facilitators who lead the suite of Project WILD workshops. After attending both the online and the in-person sessions, trainees may be certified to facilitate Project WILD, Aquatic WILD, and Growing Up WILD professional development workshops for formal and informal educators.
- 12 TEA-approved CPE and TEEAC hours
- Cost - $50 with the obligation of leading Project WILD workshops
- Materials will be shipped to you; please register with a good physical delivery address (no PO Box)
June 1; 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Online with Zoom
- Project WILD facilitator basics
- Introduce training teams
- Assignments
March 25; Noon - 4:00 PM - In-person at Blanco State Park
- Team presentations
- Demonstration of facilitation skills
- Certification
Expect to spend at least 6 hours working with your training team to prepare for the June 17 presentations.
