Join a ranger and get started on your journey to becoming a Junior Ranger with Texas State Parks.

For this program, we will work on activities in the Texas State Park's Junior Ranger Journal. Participants ages 7 or younger will be able to finish enough activities to receive their badge at the end of the program. Older participants may have to complete more activities on their own to earn their badge.

Meet: In the Birding Area.

Bring: Your curiosity! All other supplies are provided by the park.

Cost: Free with park admission ($5 for each person 13 and older, free for each person 12 and younger).

• It is recommended that you reserve your day use entry for this program, as we often sell out on weekends.
• All ages are welcome! Children must be accompanied by an adult.
